APPLYING TO BE A GGAS VENDOR:

We're glad you are interested in supporting the best little Airshow in the East as a vendor.   Please note: We maintain separate application lists for food and non-food vendors.

Food Vendors:     As a policy, all food vendors for the Great Georgia Airshow are local non-profit organizations that benefit the community somehow.  Local benevolent groups derive operating funds from food sales, and one of our primary goals is to help sustain those organizations which give back to our community.  Food Vendor spaces are generally full and become available only if an existing vendor gives up a space.  If you wish to be placed on the Food Vendor wait list, please contact us at ggasinfo@gmail.com

 

Non-Food Vendors:    We welcome applicants for non-food items.  Vendors wishing to apply for space may fill out the vendor application either through the web or by downloading, printing and mailing an application form.  Vendor fees apply to all non-food vendors. 

Note:   Submitting an application for vendor space does not guarantee you will get it.  All perspective vendors must be approved by the Great Georgia Airshow board.  Further, vendor space is generally reserved on a first-paid, first-allocated basis.  You can check your status at this web site.  PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME YOU ARE APPROVED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE APPROVED NOTIFICATION.

* Tent prices include setup and tear-down.

 

** All tents and furnishings must be returned in sanitary and serviceable condition.  Vendors who fail to clean up their areas or who return damaged or unsanitary equipment will be subject to a penalty fee.

 

*** A fee is charged to all vendors distributing flyers or leaflets.  This fee goes to defer the cost and time required to clean up the airport and surrounding grounds after the show.  Patrons typically discard these in and around the airport grounds creating substantial additional workload on our clean-up committee.

 

**** Note for Non-Profits:  We frequently get requests from other non profit organizations for free ramp or hangar space.  Given our rising costs we can no longer provide free spaces.  Please keep in mind this is a non-profit and all volunteer show.  All fees defray the cost of our substantial operating expenses – without them, our host non-profits would lose money.  We have reduced fees for non-profits to keep your expenses low.  In addition, we are implementing a new proportional rebate this year based on attendance figures.  If we have 25K paid attendees you will get a 50% rebate.  The rebate goes to 100% rebate for paid attendance of 35K or higher.  Help us promote and sell the show and reduce your costs!

 

TICKETS!  Each 10x10 space comes with 1 entrance ticket per day.  Each 20x20 space comes with 2 entrance tickets per day.  Additional tickets for vendors are $10 per day per person.
